You can open the client work-order and select camera. The rear camera will start and you can take pictures of i.e. job site, computer equipment, electrical panels, consumer display in stores etc. These images will be saved in client’s account and attached to job order. Optimizes labor costs and keep your client’s information a click away.
This will help field technician to get advice and help from senior engineer from home office as both will be seeing the same pictures. Billing and auditing will be more transparent resulting in better customer relations and lesser payment disputes.
